Self-Help Guide To
YOUR UNCONSCIOUS BLOCKAGES

You may have unconscious blockages acting as barriers to success in any areaof your life and you would not even be aware of them!

The unconscious being as powerful and constructive as it is can be equally as destructive and detrimental to you if used in the wrong way.

Your unconscious never forgets anything which has occurred in your life. All of this information is stored away and ready to be accessed most of which your conscious has completely forgotten. It's sole job is to protect and serve you. It has no alterior motives and doesn't look at anything through logic, reason or rational thinking. It is actually very child like with no common sense and is meant to obey your every command.

You are it's master and it your servant.

Mind conditioning techniques are powerful tools to re-programme your old negative thought patterns into that which prove to be more constructive and resourceful to you.

Unfortunately most people are not aware of this fact and let their mind run riot in the midst of chaos living with many unconscious blockages not even having a clue that everything that is happening to them in their lives is a direct result of what is happening in their mind.

Understandably you are unaware of this fact, nobody came with an instruction manual on how to use the most extraordinarily powerful piece of machinery ever created in the history of the universe! - Your unconscious mind.

Well when it's put like that you should most definitely want to learn how to re-claim that power that is yours for the asking. All you need to know is how to instruct your mind to fulfil that which you do want and not that which you do not want by simply eliminating your unconscious blockages.

However, as previously mentioned your mind has no hidden agenda other than to serve you. It will simply interperate any specific past negative thought or experience as something which shall be avoided in the future no matter what it takes.

I will repeat that, any past negative thought or experience SHALL be avoided in future no matter what it takes!

This means that whatever the unconscious holds as a thought or experience which it thinks proves less than favourable to you it will do anything in it's power to protect you from the experience which produced the negative thought. This forms the birth of your unconscious blockage. To help you understand this extremely important point here are a few examples to show you the nature in which your unconscious thinks and how it plays the leading role in your life as a result of negative conditioning.

The Consequences Of Negative Conditioning

e.g. 1 A girl at 16 was forced to have an abortion by her parents due to family restrictions. The girl considered herself a murderer because she did not want the abortion. Later on, during her 10 year marriage she had not been able to have a baby despite all their efforts. They went to the doctors who discovered her falopion tubes were blocked and this prevented fertilisation. They corrected the problem through surgery but astonishingly the tubes blocked up again inexplicably.

It was only after under going hypnosis were they able to retrieve the beliefs held deep within her unconscious mind that uncovered the reason for the failed attempts of having a baby. It was because her unconscious had held onto the belief that because she had an abortion with the first child at 16 and considered herself a murderer it would make more sense if she was not allowed to have a second child to protect her from the same thing happening again. The unconscious found ways to prevent her from getting pregnant.

In this incident, the girl can be addressed as psychologically reversed whereby she wanted to achieve what was contrary to the belief of the unconscious. Remember whenever there is conflict between the conscious and unconscious, the unconscious ALWAYS wins. Her abortion formed reason for the unconscious blockage to act as a barrier for a second baby.

e.g. 2 A boy is constantly suffering ill health. He has a weak immune system and easily catches infection rendering him bed-ridden for most of the day. He has a caring family who tends to him all day and friends which comfort him consistently. He has under gone surgery and seen various professionals but they cannot seem to find the root cause of the failing immune system. A few sessions of hypnosis revealed that the unconscious was holding the belief that the boy was better off in the care and attention of family and friends rather than out there in the big bad world.

The unconscious thought it was protecting the boy by keeping him ill to stay under the care and safety of being at home. This is called secondary gains whereby the unconscious belief held serves as a better solution than the one sought, even if it doesn't serve them in reality. The care received at home acted as an unconscious blockage to further recovery.

e.g. 3 A woman who was unhappy with the size of her nose was going through depression because she felt she was unattractive. She had had this same nose all her life and was never happy with it so came one day that she decided to fix it with plastic surgery. The surgery was successful and gave her a brand new and truly attractive nose for which she was longing.

Unfortunately the woman, after examining her new nose, could not see any difference in her new face and was dissatisfied with the results. Everyone told her how wonderful she looked and showed her before and after pictures but the woman just couldn't see any improvement whatsoever and was just left disappointed.

The reason for this is because the unconscious holds a negative self-image of the woman and still believes deep within that a new nose cannot change who she truly believes to be unattractive. The unconscious will not allow her to let go of this negative self-image of which she has built up about herself, even if she transforms her whole face. Her lack of self-confidence was the unconscious blockage towards the positive acceptance of her new nose.

e.g. 4 A striving businessman wants to become financially successful and has tried all sorts of businesses and projects to fulfil his ambition but whenever his endeavour takes off something or another knocks him back down again. Even when once he did manage to succesfully build his own business which ran profitably for several years it resulted in bankruptcy and a lot of heart ache. His family life suffered whereby he had difficulty feeding his kids and his wife was threatening divorce.

He had surprisingly grown up in a wealthy and cared for environment possessing creative talents like piano playing and poetry. He wanted to use his talents to stand on his own two feet and not rely on his parents to fend for him for the rest of his life. He genuinely thought he could make it out there and actually had a healthy level of self-confidence and enthusiasm.

So why was he still not able to succeed? It was discovered that, although nurtured and loved by his parents, they truly believed that he did not have the ability and knowledge to make a success of his life on his own. He once over heard them having this conversation as a child and his unconscious accepted that belief as it thinks his parents know best for him and is better to be kept at home for his well being.

His family life suffered because he had relied on his own mom all his life to look after him so unconsciously another woman was not needed in his life. His forceful actions contradicting the intentions of his unconscious only lead him further and further away from his goals.

This man was psychologically reversed, had secondary gains factors and a negative self-image of himself.

This last example is a classic case of how society and influences impact your unconscious mind in the way you are not even in the slightest aware. That is what negative conditioning/programming does to you and 95% of you are victims of unconscious blockages.

It's all happening in your head. Your inner world is a reflection of your outer world. Perception = projection. What you believe with-in you is what you experience with-out. Your thoughts become your reality!

The universal laws work accordingly with these principles presenting circumstances to support your inner beliefs and it is your unconscious blockages that act as barriers against accomplishing your goals. It's almost like your unconscious whispers all your dominating thoughts that you are holding deep within out into the universe and the universe acts promptly to present them into your physical reality.

So how can you utilise the power of your mind to eliminate these unconscious blockages?

It's quite simple really. All you need to acquire is the knowledge of the way in which your mind works. When you learn how your mind works you can truly be the master of your life in a way you never thought was possible!
